What if it’s my first time?
If this is your first visit, It’s important that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. This allows us the opportunity to give you a thorough introduction to our studio and equipment. Ensuring your safety and comfort is our top priority.
In the event that you arrive after the scheduled start time, we regretfully will need to reschedule your first session. This policy is in place to maintain a safe environment for all participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What do I need for a reformer class?
You must wear non-slip grippy socks to ensure your comfort and safety during the class.
If you don't have a pair, worry not! You can purchase at the front desk.

What do I need for a yoga or sculpt class and what should I expect?
Please remember to bring your own mat, water bottle, and ankle weights (for sculpt). It's important to note that these classes are conducted barefoot, so no shoes are necessary.
During the class, anticipate an energizing atmosphere with upbeat music, dim lighting, and a heated room. Prepare for a dynamic full-body workout that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and invigorated.
If you don't have a mat or ankle weights (for sculpt), don't worry! You can easily rent them from our front desk before the class begins.

What kind of amenities do you offer?
Lockers for secure storage of your belongings.
Refreshing beverages including water, juices, electrolytes, and protein shakes available for purchase.
A filtered water system for convenient refills of water bottles.
A spacious shower area for your post-workout rinse.
A designated space for getting ready, ensuring you're prepared for whatever your day holds next.
Essential toiletries such as hair ties, blow dryer, styling tools, and more, readily available for your convenience.

How does the waitlist work?
The waitlist closes 13 hours before the scheduled start of the class. This allows adequate time for individuals added to the class from the waitlist to cancel if needed, without incurring a penalty within our 12-hour window.
You'll receive an email notification if you are successfully moved from the waitlist into the class.
Once the waitlist closes (13 hours before class), any last-minute openings in the class will automatically become available for booking by anyone. We encourage everyone to stay vigilant for potential last-minute cancellations.

How do I cancel a class?
You have the option to cancel any class either online or by contacting our studio directly, up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time, with no penalty.
However, if you cancel within the 12-hour window before the class, you will forfeit the class credit, and for monthly members, there will be a $25 late cancellation fee applied to your account.

What if I arrive late?
We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before class starts, however we understand that life happens and will hold your spot for the first 5 minutes of class.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class has started, we will unfortunately have to turn you away and will not be able to allow you to enter. Not only is this to respect the atmosphere of the class that is currently in session, but it is also with your safety in mind as the warm up portion of class is complete.

Where should I park?
Parking spots are available directly in front of the studio door for easy access. A covered parking garage is located behind the studio, offering a covered path leading directly to the front door for comfortable access, rain or shine.
Please remember to take all valuables with you into the studio. FORM cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

What if my credits are about to expire?
If your credits are nearing expiration, simply inform us before the expiration date, and we'll gladly extend any individual classes or credit packages for you.
Unfortunately, once the credits have expired, we're unable to access or extend them retroactively. Consequently, it's crucial to reach out to us before the expiration date.
Please note that we are unable to extend or freeze any unlimited memberships.

What if I need to cancel my membership?
For unlimited memberships, 4-class memberships, and 8-class memberships, they automatically renew unless we receive a 30-day cancellation notice prior to the renewal date.
